Owners & Trainers

Stratford Racecourse is proud to hold the ROA Gold Standard Award for owner facilities and welcomes owners and trainers throughout the racing season.

Facilities & Hospitality

On race days in the Paddock Pavilion, we offer a table service with a two course menu. This is looked after by our dedicated owners hostess and is a large facility at the end of the grandstand offering both external and internal seating.

We also have an additional air conditioned O/ T facility located on the first floor of the main Grandstand which will be available to all O/T and Multiple Ownership badge holders. In this area you may purchase food or use your voucher. The food offering in here varies daily and seasonally. There is also a full bar and complimentary Tea / Coffee.

Winning Owner Prizes

We offer a selection of bespoke mementos to winning owners at every meeting. To include the choice of:

• Bespoke hand painted china
• Leather headcollar with horses name engraving
• Bespoke Birdie picture
• Grace & Dotty tweed
• Commemorative photographs

A presentation always takes place in the winners enclosure followed by a hosted review of the race and a celebratory drink in a private room.

Badge Allocation

Sole Owners
Sole owners receive 6 complimentary badges per runner.

Partnerships & Syndicates
Partnerships, Company Ownership, Racing Clubs and Syndicates may either have a total of 6 badges which includes access to the Paddock Pavilion or they may have up to 20 badges which will includes access to the grandstand O/T room, paddock access and complimentary tea and coffee. Badge requests over the 20 will be paddock badges at £12. Any requests for badges over the 6 will automatically trigger paddock badges unless you have spoken to the office and made an alternative arrangement. Tea and Coffee will be served complimentary in the grandstand O/T room.

Facilities

Owners and trainers at Stratford enjoy excellent facilities including:

• Owners & Trainers Pavilion - Dedicated hospitality area located at the end of the grandstand
• Parade ring viewing - Prime positions for saddling and presentations
• Private dining options - Available on request
• Forward car parking - Close to the stables

Trainers

Trainers – are allocated two complimentary badges and lunches.

Children

Children U18 do not require a badge. U12 will be offered a complimentary children's meal in the OT room. Over 12 will require a lunch voucher from the owners allocation alternatively additional lunches may be purchased at a cost of £35pp subject to availability.
